The Retailer Education and Awareness Program (REAP) provides individuals who conduct alcoholic beverage sales and service to consumers with useful information to help them follow the state’s alcoholic beverage laws.

A TABC Auditor will present on how to prevent sales to minors and intoxicated persons (including intervention and de-escalation techniques), how to conduct alcohol-to-go sales, how to identify and report human trafficking and breaches of the peace, proper marketing and advertising practices and more. The event will also include an open forum to discuss questions and concerns.
