Enjoy the rustic chic ambiance of Hilmy Cellars winery and vineyard. Taste delicious artisan wines made by hand in our cellar. Groove to live music on our patio on weekends with friends and family. Our tasting room includes beautiful works from local artists and plenty of opportunities for Instagram-worthy moments. The outdoor patio is adjacent to a bocce ball court. We have a delightful food menu with sharable bites. On Saturday, we usually feature local food trucks with a variety of cuisine. Although we specialize in dry wines where the grapes are sourced in the Texas High Plains, we have several sweet wine options on our menu.
