Hawk’s Shadow, built & run with the same hardworking spirit of those who first carved a life from the limestone plateaus of Central Texas. This uniquely Texan terroir produces strong character & unique qualities found in the grapes grown on the estate, which gives our wines a richness & depth as distinctive as Texas. Our passionately hand crafted Texas wine portfolio focuses on estate varietals & grapes carefully chosen from select Texas growers. Arriving at Hawk’s Shadow, you are greeted by our family & commanding vistas of vineyard and Texas Hill Country. Wine tasting at Hawk’s Shadow features relaxed seating where you will enjoy an eclectic mix of dry complex whites, rich European style reds, & very small production wines that offer unique vintage or vineyard specific character.
