Meet The Winemaker: Flat Creek Estate

Nestled in the Texas Hill Country, Flat Creek Estate offers a wine experience like no other. You’ll enjoy an afternoon of exploring Texas wine, but that isn’t all they have to offer. You have several options to choose from such as, a guided wine tasting, rustic wood fire pizza, a multi-course wine paired chef’s menu, a friendly competition on the disc golf course, a walk through the vineyard or sitting back and relaxing at their onsite lodging. We spoke with Bob “The Wizard” Wonacott, to learn more about how he crafts wine for every experience available on the expansive Flat Creek Estate property.
